Our Founding Story

In 2024, I set out to build something ambitious—an AI-powered GTM ecosystem delivered as a service for clients. I believed this approach was novel enough to raise capital, and early interest confirmed that belief. I had planned a $5 million seed round and secured $4 million in commitments based on two key insights:

  1. AI implementation fails when it relies on too many individuals. Instead of giving companies AI tools and expecting them to implement them effectively, we would take ownership of execution—delivering the outcomes clients actually want while eliminating implementation challenges.
  2. Most AI tools are just tools. Companies weren’t thinking big enough. Instead of investing in another sales automation tool, we saw an opportunity to build and execute AI GTM ecosystems—turning AI into a true competitive advantage.

I was on track to close the round when a conversation with an investor led to a critical realization.


The Pivot: Why I Abandoned Raising Capital

One of our committed investors asked about AI voice cold calling. While my newly formed team and I had no intention of offering AI cold calling (for both legal and ethical reasons), the discussion led to a striking conclusion:

We could build a fully customized AI cold calling tool for any client in under 48 hours.

That moment crystallized a larger truth: There is no defensible AI GTM technology today.

Most AI-powered GTM tools fall into at least one of two categories:

  • They can be rebuilt in hours or days using existing AI tools.
  • They can be swapped out for 3-10 nearly identical tools without any disruption in output.

With that realization, we abandoned fundraising and changed our market approach to give clients what they actually need—the execution support to turn their product and market insights into results.

About Me

I have been working in go-to-market (GTM) since 2003, from being an individual contributor at publicly traded companies to founding two startups before launching this one.

As an IC, I consistently produced 4x the results of my predecessors. As a manager, I’ve taken teams with shrinking revenues for over a year and turned them around to growth within a single quarter.

I thrive on working with high-performing, driven individuals who share a passion for scaling companies—pushing boundaries and achieving more than was ever possible before.

I earned my MBA from Wharton, where, surrounded by incredibly talented individuals, I found that my most valuable skill was GTM strategy.

Outside of work, I’m married with two children (4 and 7 years old). I enjoy trying new workouts and spending time on the golf course.

  • Develop the first draft of each AI-powered GTM system, working directly with our GTM experts before presenting it to the client for review and customization.

These specialists ensure that every AI-driven system we deploy is tailored, effective, and continuously improving.

Our GTM experts bring deep experience across every GTM function, from cold calling and outbound sales to account management and customer success. Their role is to:

  • Apply real-world GTM expertise to shape AI-driven strategies.
  • Stay up to date on every AI GTM technology to ensure we use the best tools available.
  • Provide insights and build custom systems that match each client’s unique needs.
